There are no refunds but either a credit or switching classes can be discussed. Once signing this form, you will be charged for September 1st to hold your spot.

Drop Out Dates: Our drop out date for our dance season is no longer than Nov 1st. 2026. This however does not apply to toddler classes which will only have to give one months notice up until May 1st. After that point you must continue payments until June in which you registered for.

I hereby release and forever discharge Sara Raymond Dance Academy, its Directors, Employees, or Volunteers and its or their successors, of and from any claim, demand, damage, which may include a failure to properly safeguard against any dangers and hazards pertaining to the event, including, without limitation, the negligence of the agents, employees and instructors working with/for Sara Raymond Dance Academy.

Would prefer not to have students picture posted. SRDA will do our best to not post your child online. However- with students performing on stage there is a chance a video could be posted on social media. I accept that SRDA will do their best.
I certify that I am the legal guardian of the minor child that I have registered, or that I am the age of majority. I have read the terms and conditions and am bound to them.
